Transfer expert Romano claims goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo will be allowed to leave Arsenal on a permanent transfer, should a suitable offer arrive.
Arsenal academy graduate Okonkwo, 21, signed a senior contract with the club in 2021 and made his first-team debut later that year in a pre-season friendly against Scottish side Hibernian.
He spent the first half of last season on loan at Crewe Alexandra before being recalled in January after making 26 appearances for the League Two side.
Okonkwo was then sent out on loan to Austrian club Sturm Graz, where he made 16 appearances - helping them to a second-place finish in the Austrian Bundesliga
But with Aaron Ramsdale, Alex Runarsson, Matt Turner and Karl Hein ahead of him in the pecking order at the Emirates, Okonkwo will be allowed to leave this summer.
"It has been agreed that talented goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo (21) can leave Arsenal on a permanent deal this summer," tweeted Romano.
"His contract expires next summer - after Sturm Graz loan last season Okonkwo is now subject of interest from clubs in England and across Europe."
Okonkwo was not named in Arsenal's 30-man squad for their recent pre-season training camp in Germany, with Ramsdale, Runarsson and Hein taken instead.
England international Ramsdale played the first half of their opening warm-up match against Nurnberg, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Arsenal next face an MLS All-Star XI in their second pre-season friendly on Thursday, with Ramsdale, Runarsson and Hein named in Mikel Arteta's 29-man squad for the tour of the United States.
