‘He’s a top player’: Aaron Ramsdale blown away by Arsenal’s transfer call on ‘loud’ player

Arsenal’s number one knows Declan Rice very well because they have played alongside each other for England for many years now, and they will now be linking up on the domestic stage.
Whilst fans have seen the performances Rice has produced on the Premier League stage, Aaron Ramsdale was sure to mention what he is like off it and how he is a ‘loud character’, as he told TNT Sports.

At the age of 24, Mikel Arteta has a lot to work with here and he can transform the hard-hitting midfielder into one of the best players in Europe.

After helping West Ham win the Europa Conference League, it was the right time for the former Chelsea academy product to move on by taking a new step in his career and going to the next level.

He will get that at Arsenal because they will be in the Champions League and they will also push for the Premier League title, with Ramsdale sharing his honest thoughts on the new boy in the building.

“Energy on and off [the pitch],” said Ramsdale.

“He’s a loud character, loves to make people smile and laugh, and I think it’ll be good because we can bounce off each other, you know, [we are] both quite loud personalities.

‘On the pitch, technically, he’s a top player. He’s going to be full of excitement and pride to sign for this football club. He’s left West Ham with great experiences and he’s going to come to us and try to lift us. So, you know, he’s going to be a top player.”Rice has lifted Arsenal
The club-record transfer took a while to be confirmed, but the wait for the fans was worth it.

It’s a signing that has excited many of the Arsenal supporters and lifted a club that ended the previous campaign in a disappointing fashion after they blew their chances to win the Premier League title.

Now it’s time for Rice to get to work and prove why Arteta was so keen to get him on board and persuade the powers that be to spend so much money on him.
