Gabriel Martinelli
Arsenal would perhaps prefer to hold onto Gabriel Martinelli rather than throwing him into the Mbappe mix. The Brazil international was one of the best attacking players in England last season and bagged 15 goals and five assists during 36 Premier League appearances.
But they may sacrifice the 22-year-old for a rare chance to sign one of the best strikers in world football if they believe Mbappe would provide the ammunition needed to help them win the Premier League title for the first time since 2004. The Gunners already have a replacement for Martinelli waiting in the wings in the shape of Emile Smith Rowe. So if PSG were to bring up Martinelli in transfer negotiations, Mikel Arteta and Edu could have a big decision on their hands.
Nicolas Pepe
If Arsenal aren’t ready to allow one of their best performers to leave this summer, they could instead offer winger Nicolas Pepe to PSG. The Ivory Coast international remains Arsenal’s record signing after the club shelled out a staggering £72million to sign him from Lille in 2019.Paris Saint-Germain ace Kylian Mbappe looks set to depart the Parc des Princes this summer
Pepe has flopped at the Emirates Stadium and appears to have no future in north London after spending last season on loan with Nice. The 28-year-old was previously a star player for Lille and looks better suited to Ligue 1 than the Premier League. So PSG could well be tempted by the player, particularly with Lionel Messi having already left the club too.
Thomas Partey
Thomas Partey is another player who has been linked with a move away from Arsenal. The 30-year-old was instrumental under Arteta last season but fell out of favour towards the end of the campaign. And with Declan Rice on the verge of moving to the Emirates Stadium, Partey has already told club chiefs he wants to leave.

Another player Arsenal could push towards PSG is striker Folarin Balogun. The 22-year-old scored 21 goals in 37 Ligue 1 appearances for Reims during a loan spell last season and impressed in France’s top tier.
USA striker Balogun’s chances of forcing his way into Arteta’s starting team this season are slim. And if PSG want to ensure they have another forward option in the absence of Mbappe, they could accept Balogun as part of any deal.
