West Ham are said to be growing increasingly frustrated with Arsenal's delay over signing Declan Rice.
A deal was agreed between the two Premier League clubs on July 4 - nine days ago - with the Hammers accepting £100million up front with a further £5m in add-ons.
Rice has since passed his medical with the Gunners and is ready to put pen to paper on a long-term contract believed to be worth £250,000 a week.
However, Sky Sports report there's been a hold up with the paperwork being drawn up by Arsenal's lawyers, who are yet to sign off on the deal.
That's not gone down well at the London Stadium. West Ham haven't made any moves of their own in the transfer window as they wait for the major cash injection from Rice's departure. The East Londoners will also need to seek a replacement for Rice, with Fulham's Joao Palhinha and Southampton's James Ward-Prowse having been identified as options.
Palhinha has been valued at £90m, however, while they're considering a £20m offer for alternative Ward-Prowse - which is just half of his price tag on the south coast.

There might be light at the end of the tunnel for them, with Mikel Arteta hopeful Rice's transfer can be completed before he takes his squad to the US this weekend for their pre-season tour.
The England midfielder has been training alone in Portugal to maintain his fitness. Arsenal also expect to announce the £40m arrival of Jurrien Timber from Ajax imminently.
