JUST NOW:Arteta to make 2 big changes | Expected Arsenal line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Fulham

Arsenal will be aiming to continue their perfect start to the Premier League campaign when they entertain Fulham at the Emirates Stadium this afternoon.

The Gunners registered a 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest in the curtain-raiser before a hard-fought 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on the road with 10 men.

Manager Mikel Arteta will be hoping for a more comfortable victory in the derby. There will be an enforced change with Takehiro Tomiyasu suspended.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Predicted Line-up:

Aaron Ramsdale remains Arsenal’s undisputed number one despite the arrival of David Raya from Brentford. He kept his first clean sheet of the season at Selhurst Park and will be eyeing another shut-out at the Emirates Stadium.

In front of him, Arteta could revert to his preferred backline from last season. Gabriel Magalhaes has come off the bench in the past two outings, but has been quite impressive with his cameos, particularly against the Eagles.

We would prefer him to partner William Saliba with Ben White returning to his right-back role. With Tomiyasu unfortunately suspended, Oleksandr Zinchenko looks set for his first start of the season after recovering from a calf injury.

In midfield, Kai Havertz could be the candidate to make way for the extra defender at the back. Thomas Partey has started from right-back in the past two games before pushing forward into a midfield role. The Ghanaian should start at the base of the midfield today.

Declan Rice has looked at home in his first two competitive appearances for the Gunners. He was brilliant on Monday with his decision-making and was unlucky to miss out on an assist. The Englishman should feature from a more creative central midfield position.Further forward, Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Martinelli are nailed-on starters on the right wing, number 10 and left-wing roles respectively. Eddie Nketiah spurned two chances to score on Monday, but eventually won the match-winning penalty.

Arteta has hinted that Gabriel Jesus is fully fit after his knee surgery and could be available to make the starting line-up. However, he could make his comeback off the bench in our view. Nketiah needs to score or Jesus could replace him up front versus Manchester United.
