Micah Richards breaks silence on Arsenal fan incident involving Roy Keane

Micah Richards has broken his silence after an incident saw Roy Keane allegedly headbutted by a fan during Arsenal's clash with Manchester United on Sunday.
Metropolitan Police have confirmed that one man has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting Keane. Richards and Keane had been making their way pitchside for Sky Sports when the incident occurred.

Speaking on The Rest Is Football podcast, Gary Lineker joked Richards had an interesting weekend.

Richards responded: "Oh my word. Gary I'm not allowed to talk about it." Lineker then added: "Because it's under police investigation?" Richards confirmed that, stating: "Exactly, but when I am allowed to talk about it, The Rest Is Football will get it first."

Keane and the fan had been involved in an altercation when the alleged headbutt happened. Richards is alleged to have jumped in to diffuse the situation.

The incident is said to have occurred moments after Alejandro Garnacho had thought he'd won the game for the United, only to see his strike chalked off after the youngster moved into an offside position.
