Arsenal in talks with Martin Odegaard over new contract
Romano has said that Odegaard could be the next top player at Arsenal to commit his long-term future to the North London club.
The £115,000-a-week (Spotrac) former Real Madrid player is under contract at the Gunners until the summer of 2025.

After a loan spell at Arsenal from Madrid in 2021, Odegaard signed for the Gunners on a permanent contract.
The 24-year-old Norway international playmaker has made 91 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
Odegaard has scored 25 goals and given 13 assists in those games.
Martin Odegaard a big player for Arsenal
Martin Odegaard did not have the best of times at Real Madrid, but his career is back on track at Arsenal.
Under Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, Odegaard is flourishing.
The Norwegian is now one of the best playmakers around.
And he is only 24.
Odegaard is going to improve and develop in the coming years.
It would make sense for Arsenal to tie down the playmaker to a long-term contract.
While Arsenal are a big club and are a global brand, bigger clubs could come calling for Odegaard in the coming years.
Arsenal are aiming to win the Premier League title and will also look to progress to the latter rounds of the UEFA Champions League this season.
For the Gunners to be successful in their quest, Odegaard will have to be on top of his game throughout.
