Manchester City will be looking to pick up all three points from the Premier League match against Arsenal in North London on Sunday.
City lost to Newcastle United in the EFL Cup and to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League recently, but they bounced back with a win against RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League in midweek.
I believe that City, who won the Premier League, the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup last season, will head into the match against Arsenal with confidence.
However, Pep Guardiola’s side will have to win the game without John Stones.
Stones has not played in the Premier League for City this season.

Pep Guardiola on John Stones for Manchester City vs Arsenal
The £250,0000-a-week (Spotrac) England international defender, though, was on the City bench for the UEFA Champions League match against RB Leipzig on Wednesday.
However, Guardiola has said that Stones, who is also able to play as a midfielder, will not start against Arsenal.

In my opinion, there is no need for Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola to take a risk with John Stones against Arsenal.
The 29-year-old needs to be given time to fully recover.

I do not think that Guardiola has any pressing need to use Stones against Arsenal.
Of course, against a team like Arsenal, you want all of your best players to feature.
But, we have to remember that it is a game in early October.
The Premier League title race will not be decided on Sunday.
Yes, it is bad news regarding Stones.
City need Stones fit and available.
After all, the 29-year-old is one of the best players at City and is at the top of his game at the moment.
But, we have to think of the long term rather than focus on one particular game.
