Star boy fires warning to Arsenal after what was said in West Ham dressing room

Star boy Mohammed Kudus has fired a warning to Arsenal after a West Ham dressing room vow following a dismal week.

West Ham welcome Arsenal to the London Stadium for the return of Declan Rice in the Carabao Cup fourth round on Wednesday.

The Hammers and Gunners go into the game in deeply contrasting form.

Three defeats in a week has seen West Ham’s promising start to the season derailed while Arsenal go from strength to strength following a comeback draw with Chelsea, win over Sevilla and 5-0 thumping of Sheffield United.

The one bright spot of West Ham’s week of woe has been £38m summer signing Mohammed Kudus.

Reportedly coveted by Arsenal and Chelsea, West Ham landed quite the coup by signing the Ghana hero from Ajax.

He was comfortably West Ham’s best player in the home defeat to Everton. And he’s in no mood to start feeling sorry for himself or his teammates.

Star boy Kudus has fired a warning to Arsenal after a West Ham dressing room vow following the dismal week.

Speaking to the club’s official website after the Toffees defeat, Kudus admits he and his teammates are hurting.

‘The good thing is…’
But he says they are focused and determined in the dressing room to bounce back against Arsenal.

“It was very disappointing,” the Ghanaian told West Ham TV.

“We want to win every game, but it’s done now and we need to focus on the next game…

“If you don’t score then you need to not concede, but we didn’t do that today. We need to learn from that and focus on our next game…

“We definitely want to bounce back against Arsenal. The good thing is there are a lot of games and we don’t have time to be too disappointed.

“The focus now has to be on Arsenal, our next game, and how we do better.”
