BREAKING NEWS:– English Premier League Club that Cheated Arsenal set to recieve 12 Points Deduction by the end of this week after breaching financial fair play

Everton who cheated Arsenal at Goodison Park last season when Gunners were denied a penalty after a foul on Gabriel Megalhaes by Neal Maupay, faced a demanding end to the 2022/23 Premier League campaign with Sean Dyche’s side battling to stay in the top-flight during the season run-in.

The Toffees narrowly avoided relegation under Frank Lampard last season and the club will need to repeat the trick in the coming weeks.

However, alongside the pressure of a relegation scrap, Everton have also been referred to an independent commission concerning alleged breaches of Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules.

The Premier League made the decision to pass the case over to an outside body, following complaints made by Leeds United and Burnley last season, with Everton now at the centre of a crucial investigation.

The Toffees deny wrongdoing and say they are “prepared to robustly defend” their position.
