While the beIN SPORT presenter is pleased that Arteta has not been punished, he cannot believe one particular aspect of the decision.
So, what has Richard Keys said about Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta? Let’s take a look.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta escapes FA punishment
Well, Arsenal lost 1-0 to Newcastle United away from home at St. James’ Park in the Premier League on November 4.
Anthony Gordon scored the only goal of the match. It came in the 64th minute. Joelinton provided the assist.
It was a very controversial goal. The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) had to check for whether the ball had gone out of play, for a foul, and for offside before deciding to let the goal stand.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was not happy with the decision and went on a rant after the match. The North London club even released a statement backing their manager.
According to The Guardian, Arteta has not been charged by the FA for his post-match comments after the game against Newcastle United.
The report has noted that “an independent regulatory commission dismissed the charges as ‘not proven’.

While the English meaning may lead to interpretations of abuse or insult, this was not the intended meaning
