Jesus shows huge Zinchenko appreciation after Odegaard Arsenal goal vs Wolves

Oleksandr Zinchenko has been making quite the impact in the attacking third in recent weeks with the Ukraine international picking up another assist against Wolves. In the 3-1 win against Burnley, Zinchenko found the back of the net with a delightful strike from distance and now he has contributed to another goal.

The Gunners made a fast start to their Premier League clash against Wolves with Bukayo Saka finding the back of the net after a flowing move. Takehiro Tomiyasu picked up the assist for the goal after Mikel Arteta's plea on his attacking output, and not to be outdone by his opposite full-back, Zinchenko picked up an even better assist just six minutes later.

A cross from Saka to the back post was met by Zinchenko with the left-back linking up with his former Manchester City team-mate Gabriel Jesus before setting up Odegaard for his second goal in the space of a few days. The delightful team goal being finished off by the Arsenal captain saw the majority of his team-mates head over to celebrate with him, however Jesus had a different thing in mind.

Once the ball hit the back of the net, Jesus made an interesting facial expression likely in shock of how good their second goal was before then running over to Zinchenko and jumping into his arms. Leandro Trossard also joined the duo in celebrating over by the Wolves supporters who will have endured a brutal watch thus far.

Zinchenko has come under fire for some of his recent displays, however he looks to have put in another superb display following his defining moment in last weekend's win against Brentford. Prior to Kai Havertz's goal, Zinchenko made a huge block to deny Neal Maupay who had got the better off Tomiyasu.
