Jorginho fires 'hot' warning to Arsenal over Luton test

Jorginho has warned his Arsenal team-mates to expect a “hot atmosphere” when they travel to Kenilworth Road on Tuesday.

Underdogs Luton have tried to turn their unique and small ground into a fortress, earning a draw against Liverpool last month.

Arsenal head there looking to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League after a 2-1 win over Wolves on Saturday took them two points clear of their rivals.

Jorginho, however, has warned his side's trip to Luton, who are 17th in the League, will not be easy.

“I am sure it is going to be a hot atmosphere, because the excitement there is so high,” said Jorginho. “I think we are expecting a really difficult game and we need to be ready for that.”

Arsenal had a nervy finish against Wolves on Saturday after Matheus Cunha struck four minutes before the end of normal time.

Jorginho feels it is a sign the Gunners need to be more ruthless - and he believes they have the quality in attack to do so.

“These type of players they find space, they find lines, they create and that's their individual qualities,” he said. “We are so happy to have them because they can decide games and that’s what they have been doing.

“I try to communicate a lot and try to help my team-mates with my body language and voice.

“I try to help them to finish the game and win the game, because the game is not finished until the referee blows the whistle. You need to keep pushing, keep fighting, until the end.”
