Patino is currently out on loan at Swansea but has reportedly attracted interest from many Italian clubs including Juventus.
Tuttosport claims that Bianconeri scouts have been following the English midfielder with a Spanish passport for a long time, so the Serie A giants are now ready to make an offer to sign him.
The Turin-based paper reports Arsenal’s asking price is circa €20m and Juventus are ready to lower the Gunners’ demands by including Italy international Kean in a swap deal.
Tuttosport says Inter have also shown interest in Patino who is seen as a potential heir to Hakan Calhanolgu.
Italian intermediary Michele Fratini has recently spoken about the future of the 20-year-old midfielder with TvPlay, confirming interest from Italian and English clubs: “Patino can play in any role in midfield. He has plenty of quality,” said Fratini.
“Many English clubs like him. Perhaps he is the best Arsenal player at an Academy level. I am not exaggerating when I say he will play at the highest levels if he finds the right club. Arsenal have loaned him to Blackburn and Swansea but are considering bringing him back in June. Juventus and Milan? He is on the agenda of many clubs, he is among the 50 best young players in the world.”
Patino has managed three goals and four assists in 18 appearances across all competitions this season.
Kean, 23, hasn’t yet scored a goal in 12 appearances with Juventus this term and his contract at the Allianz Stadium runs out in June 2025.
