But Kaya Temel then reported that Arsenal are also interested in Boey, and Galatasaray are seemingly hoping to pit the interested teams against each other to hit their valuation target of €30m (£25.6m).
Turkish outlet A Spor confirm that Arsenal and Bayern Munich are in the race for Boey, and reiterate the €30m valuation.
A Spor add that Paris Saint-Germain are also in the race, making the signing even more complicated.
Telefoot journalist Saber Desfarges recently reported that with PSG’s Nordi Mukiele linked with Bayern Munich, the French club were looking at Boey as a potential replacement.
But Desfarges also wrote that Boey is also being followed in England, particularly by Arsenal, and the player may prove too expensive for an understudy role at PSG.
Spanish outlet AS report that Arsenal have been monitoring Boey for a long time, and they remain interested in signing him. Though AS claim neither Arsenal nor PSG have yet submitted an offer.

Whether Arsenal are really interested in the player is still up for debate.
Back in October, Fabrizio Romano strongly refuted the claims, writing that Boey has never been close to a move to Arsenal, and there were no negotiations ongoing.
Romano added that the links had been circling since the player joined Stellar agency in the summer, but there’s nothing substantial in them.
