The versatile defender was forced off at half-time of the win over Liverpool after complaining of pain in his calf, to be replaced by Jakub Kiwior, and Arteta after the game was unsure over the extent of the injury.
Zinchenko will likely be assessed by club doctors over the coming days to get a clear picture on the injury.
The Arsenal manager said: "With [Zinchenko] we don't know. He had some feeling in his calf again and we had to take him off."

Thomas Partey
The midfielder has suffered yet another setback as he continues to wait for his first appearance since October.
The Gunners are understandably being very cautious over the player's fitness and want to re-introduce him gradually, given how much trouble he has had with injuries this season, but Arteta this week confirmed a new return date is up in the air after the latest knock.
Arteta said: "Unfortunately, we had a little setback a few days ago, so he's not going to be available to be in the squad [to face Liverpool].
"Whether that's a matter of days or weeks we'll see, but he had a little thing ... he felt something again in a very similar area and he wasn't able to train the last few days.
"He's such an important player for us and he was getting some momentum at the start of the season and then we lost him for a while.
"Now it's been a long time without him, and he gives us something very different that no other player can give us in the squad. He's been a real miss."

The midfielder has been sidelined since November after undergoing a groin operation, but he did manage to participate in light training during the club's mid-season warm-weather training camp in Dubai.
A timescale of "weeks" was given at the time of the surgery, so the midfielder will hope to return this month.
Potential return date: February 2024
Jurrien Timber
The centre-back has been out of action since suffering a serious knee injury on his Premier League debut, but last month stepped up his rehabilitation with some individual work on the grass in Dubai.
Arsenal have been cautious over setting a return date for Timber, but the defender could return before the end of the season.
Arteta said last month: "There's a possibility [he plays again this season], but at the moment he's still very far from competing. That's the realistic picture.
"Are we hopeful that he could have a realistic impact before the end of the season? If everything goes well, it looks like that might happen. At the moment, though, it's too early to make that call [one way or another]."
