Quesada-Thorn returns from injury; Tomiyasu and Partey feature as Arsenal Xi lose to QPR

An Arsenal XI lost 4-0 away to QPR today, with first-team players Thomas Partey and Takehiro Tomiyasu featuring, as reported by Arsenal.com.

Tomiyasu played the first half before being replaced by U21s defender Elian Quesada-Thorn, who was making his return from injury. Partey, meanwhile, played 64 minutes.

Mauro Bandeira made his first Arsenal appearance since returning from loan, with second years Josh Nichols, Ismeal Kabia, Alexei Rojas, Harrison Dudziak and Michal Rosiak all featuring.

Other U21 players who were involved included: Ovie Ejeheri, Josh Robinson, Taylor Foran, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Jimi Gower, Amario Cozier-Duberry, Ismail Oulad M’Hand, Nathan Butler-Oyedeji and Osman Kamara.

Cozier-Duberry played despite withdrawing from the England U19 squad due to a reported injury.
