There have been unconfirmed reports on social media that the agent held talks with Arsenal at the match, and French outlet Sport.fr reported on Monday morning that the club’s interest in Sesko is intensifying.
Sport claim Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United are all interested in Sesko, so it’s worth mentioning that Basanovic also attended Chelsea’s match against Manchester United on April 4th and United’s match against Liverpool on March 17th.

Earlier this month, Charles Watts reported in his Daily Briefing that Benjamin Sesko was amore realistic potential signing than Ollie Watkins at Aston Villa, due to the RB Leipzig striker’s release clause.
Sky Sports claim Sesko has a €50m (£43m) release clause in his contract, included in his deal as a compromise last summer, to get his move from RB Salzburg over the line.
Arsenal have been linked with Sesko since November, when the Mirror reported that the Gunners had sent scouts to watch him playing in the Bundesliga ahead of a potential move.
The Athletic then reported that Sesko was among the names on Arsenal’s striker shortlist for 2024.

Sesko has 15 goals and two assists in 39 games (20 starts) this season, averaging a goal or assist every 110 minutes.
That’s an impressive record for a 20-year-old striker in a top-five European league, and the player’s age fits nicely with a recent claim from David Ornstein that Arsenal might be looking for a long-term signing up front in the wake of Kai Havertz’s good form
