The 24-year-old has not started a game for The Gunners since the turn of the year. A remarkable stat given how good Nketiah has proven he can be, time and time again when he is afforded the chance.
Every summer, it seems Nketiah is linked with the exit door at The Emirates. But now, Arsenal may be more willing to cash in on the £35m-rated star – due to Financial Fairplay restrictions. They need to sell.
Leicester want Arsenal star ahead of the summer window
Reports claim that Leicester are now interested in landing the England U21 striker – along with Palace and Brentford. But Arsenal could use that to their advantage, to sign a £45m transfer target of their own.

The Gunners are reportedly keen on signing Leicester’s Dewsbury-Hall, with the 25-year-old starring in Leicester’s push for promotion. He has had a hand in 25 goals, scoring 14 and laying on 11 assists.
Reports claim that Leicester may have to cash in on their star man after announcing £90m in losses. It is said that Leicester rate the playmaker in the region of £45m. He is deserving of a Premier League move.
Nketiah helps provide a perfect swap deal for Dewsbury-Hall
Whether he chooses to remain with Leicester – even, if they do get promoted to the Premier League – remains to be seen. A move to Arsenal would surely tempt Dewsbury-Hall, come the end of the season.Leicester will do everything they can to keep him even with the losses registered. Promotion may give them that financial stability in order to keep hold of Dewsbury-Hall. They do need to replace Jamie Vardy.
Leicester want Nketiah, Arsenal want Dewsbury-Hall. The Gunners want to sell. There is the potential for a player-plus-cash deal, a small-ish fee and Nketiah for Dewsbury-Hall. But there is work to be done.
If both clubs pursued a possible swap deal involving both players, Nketiah would take some convincing to join a newly-promoted side. Leicester would need convicing to sell and including Nketiah might do that.
