No Place For Gabriel Jesus In The XI | 4-3-3 Arsenal Predicted Lineup Vs Aston Villa

David Raya will continue to be lined up in the goal for Arsenal. He didn’t perform up to his standards against Bayern Munich. Hence, the game on Sunday will be crucial for him to get his confidence back ahead of the second leg. Ben White should continue operating at the right full-back position.

Gabriel Magalhaes looked in fine shape and will continue pairing up with William Saliba to form the heart of the defence. For the left-back spot, Oleksandr Zinchenko is likely to get the nod ahead of Jakub Kiwior.

Midfield

Mikel Arteta wouldn’t want to risk resting his key players as they are strong contenders to lift the Premier League title. Martin Odegaard and Declan Rice are expected to be fielded in the midfield.

However, Jorginho could make way for Emile Smith Rowe, who provides better offensive work. Thomas Partey also remains a strong contender to start the game.

Attack

Though Gabriel Jesus made an impact coming off the bench against Munich, he is unlikely to be promoted to the starting XI. Kai Havertz should continue to operate in the middle with Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka taking charge of the wings.

The Gunners have no fresh injury scare and even Jurrien Timber is expected to regain full fitness very soon.
