Gary Neville makes 'huge' Arsenal claim as Rio Ferdinand pinpoints defining title race twist

Arsenal will now have to pick up the pieces and - after a period of rest - go again next season, hoping to avoid losing momentum as they bid to go one better. Crucially, though, there is also a learning process that must take place, with the Gunners needing to figure out where they went wrong before they can correct it.
Speaking about where it went wrong, Ferdinand said on TNT Sports: “When Arsenal and their fans are settling down, they'll be thinking where did it go wrong, and they'll be looking at the Aston Villa game - that was a bad week with the Bayern game. There'll be moments they all look at, but you've got to pick yourself up and learn from it.”

Speaking about Arsenal’s disappointment after the game, Gunners skipper Martin Odegaard told the Emirates Stadium crowd: “I think we’re all a little bit disappointed. We’ve been fighting so long for the big dream. We were so close. I’m so proud of the boys, so proud of the team the fans. I'm so proud of the progress we are making. We’ve changed the club and I think you all believe in us now."
