The 21-year-old English forward is currently on a season-long loan with National League club Bromley alongside Gunners teammate Alex Kirk and will not be featuring for Arsenal again.
Taylor-Hart joined the North Londoners aged seven and was highly rated at academy level, training with the first-team before he signed a professional deal.
However, he could not break into the first-team and will now look for opportunities elsewhere.
Taylor-Hart posted his goodbyes online this afternoon, extending his appreciation to everyone at Arsenal who helped contribute to his development.
Taylor-Hart signed professional terms in August 2021 but frequent injuries prevented him from fulfilling his huge potential with the Gunners.
He remains a very skilful player who could soon be playing further up in the English football pyramid if all goes well going forward.
Arsenal youth teams supporters will remember Taylor-Hart for scoring a late equaliser against West Ham in 2021 to keep the under-21s in the division 1 of the Premier League 2.
The former England youth international showed some of his potential in the fifth level of the English football league system and it remains to be seen whether Bromley will keep him after they secured promotion to League Two through the play-offs.
Another academy graduate set to leave Arsenal in the summer is Reuell Walters after the 19-year-old defender rejected the new deal he was offered.
The teenager was not convinced that remaining with the Gunners would be the right next step for his development.
Walters regularly trained with the Arsenal first-team squad and was named on the bench 21 times.
However, he did not get to make his senior debut and will now look for opportunities elsewhere alongside Taylor-Hart.
