If City lose at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Arsenal would be one point ahead at the top of the table with just one game left to play. It would see them only needing to match City's result on the final day to claim their first Premier League title in two decades.
Meanwhile, a draw on Tuesday night would leave Arsenal and City level on points but with the Gunners ahead thanks to their superior goal difference.
Kulusevski has started in each of Tottenham's last four games and it seems likely that he will keep his place in the side against City. The Swedish winger has previously described Arsenal as his favourite club, which bodes well for Mikel Arteta's side ahead of the match.

The Spurs winger is not worried about what Tuesday's result could mean for other teams
During his time at Parma, Kulusevski appeared on Swedish podcast Lundh and was asked what his favourite team was. He replied: "My favourite team is Arsenal because I like everything about the club, the city, the players and the way they play football."
A few years later, Kulusevski hinted at a desire to play for Arsenal before the end of his career in a separate interview which took place after he had joined Tottenham. He said: "There's one team I've always wanted to play for, and I think I will play there one day, but I don't want to say what team it is because it's sensitive stuff."

Arsenal will be nervously hoping for a favour from Tottenham on Tuesday night but Kulusevski, in spite of his apparent fondness for the Gunners, has no interest in what the result will mean for other teams.
"It's a team we love playing against," he said after Tottenham's win over Burnley on the weekend. "We love playing against the strongest teams, so it's going to be a nice evening. The fact they leave spaces behind the backline is one thing, but there are many different things when you play against the best."
