£17m star reacts on Instagram as he trains alone after admitting he has no Arsenal future

But in the case of Albert Sambi Lokonga, it’s pretty clear, as he posted on Instagram of him training on his own, what is going to happen to him.

After the previous season ended, Lokonga openly admitted that he has no future at Arsenal – he spent the last campaign on loan at Luton Town.

And now sources have told HITC that the midfielder has agreed terms with La Liga side Sevilla, as his time at the Emirates is coming to an end.

It needs to be noted that Lokonga is still 24, so he has plenty of time to pick himself up, recover and reach the big heights in his career.

But many thought that would happen at Arsenal when he secured a £17 million (BBC Sport) transfer to the Emirates in 2021.

In truth, Lokonga can’t argue too much because many players have improved under Arteta and he joined during a period when the levels were starting to get difficult.

But the Belgian star just couldn’t reach those heights and now he will look to begin a new chapter of his career in Spain.
