Indeed, you don’t get to this point where a player becomes obsessed with signing for your club only for the plug to be pulled.
Of course, as we’ve seen many times, anything can happen in the transfer window, but, at this point, it would be a serious shock if Calafiori ended up joining any club other than Arsenal this summer.
A fee just needs to be agreed between Arsenal and Bologna, and then Calafiori will get his dream move to the north London club.
