Emile Smith Rowe could be subject to £40m offer from Fulham
According to the Daily Mail, Fulham could offer as much as £40m to sign Emile Smith Rowe, with the Arsenal playmaker subject to Premier League interest having made just four starts in all competitions for the Gunners.
As per the report, Crystal Palace are also interested in the England international, though the Eagles won’t go as high as what Fulham are willing to offer for Smith Rowe, who is open to leaving for first-team football this summer.
With Arsenal’s record sale still Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s switch to Liverpool in 2017 for £35m, Smith Rowe leaving for £40m would go down as a huge result for the north London side given their awful history of selling good players for reasonable fees
And if Fulham are willing to put down as much as £40m for Smith Rowe, Arsenal need to do all they can to ensure that the Cottagers meet that fee, with Smith Rowe worth the money despite his lack of playing time in recent years.

Smith Rowe leaving Arsenal will be a win-win for everyone
With Smith Rowe an academy product, the versatile attacking midfielder leaving for a huge profit will be big news for Arsenal, especially with Mikel Arteta’s plans to sign as many as four first-team players this summer.
And for the Hale End academy graduate himself, leaving Arsenal for regular football elsewhere in the Premier League could give Smith Rowe the boost he needs to finally meet his incredible potential, which could be used to great effect at Fulham.
Indeed, Smith Rowe knows that an exit from Arsenal is exactly what the youngster needs to get his career back on track, and a move to west London could be a win-win for all parties involved if the transfer was to go through.
