The north London side will travel to the United States later this week for the bulk of their off-season training, with Arsenal due to play Premier League rivals AFC Bournemouth, Manchester United and Liverpool, with an Emirates Cup double-header set to close out pre-season preparations.
With the tour starting soon, there is an expectation from Arsenal fans that one signing or two could be made ahead of the Gunners making the transatlantic trip to America, with Riccardo Calafiori’s move to north London still ongoing.
And Arsenal this week could launch another bid to sign a Premier League player.

Arsenal could make new bid to sign Wolves goalkeeper Dan Bentley
According to the Athletic, Arsenal could return to Wolves with a new bid to sign goalkeeper Dan Bentley, who last week was subject to a £50,000 offer from the Gunners, which was swiftly rejected by the Molineux side.
Lauded as ‘excellent’ by manager Gary O’Neil, Bentley is being lined up as a third-choice goalkeeper for Arsenal heading into the new season, with Aaron Ramsdale expected to depart having lost his starting XI spot to David Raya.
Indeed, getting Bentley in before pre-season could be big in the former Bristol City and Brentford goalkeeper adjusting to life under Mikel Arteta, with the same theory applying to defender Calafiori.
And with time running out, Arsenal need to do all they can to bring Bentley to north London, with the Gunners being unusually slow with making new signings this summer compared to previous years.

Gunners have to wrap up Bentley deal as soon as possible
It might only be a a move for a third-choice goalkeeper, but Arsenal wrapping up a deal to sign Bentley as soon as possible will be a welcome sign for supporters of the north London side given how slow this summer has been.
The 30-year-old goalkeeper could relish the chance to play for his boyhood club this summer in pre-season, with Bentley coming through at Arsenal before departing for Southend United as a teenager.
And for Arsenal fans, making an official signing for the first-team will give supporters hope that more deals are on the way, with so much work needing to be done this summer in the market.
