‘So comfortable for him’: £85m attacker now told join Arsenal this summer by former international star

One of the best forwards in world football has now been urged by a former international player to join Arsenal this summer.
The Gunners have made signing a world-class attacker a top priority in the transfer window, with Arsenal already linked with a slew of names from Spain superstar Nico Williams to Sporting Lisbon talisman Viktor Gyokeres.

With Arsenal closing in on deals for Riccardo Calafiori and Mikel Merino, there’s a real chance that the next player Mikel Arteta targets is a forward, especially with Emile Smith Rowe and Eddie Nketiah both set to leave in the coming days.

And one of the world’s best attackers has been urged to join the north London side.

Victor Osimhen urged to leave Napoli for Arsenal this summer
Speaking to All Nigeria Soccer, former Super Eagle Sam Elijah made the plea to Napoli striker Victor Osimhen to sign for Arsenal this summer, with the Gunners chasing the Nigerian international this window.

And Elijah is keen for Osimhen to join Arsenal, with the former Nigeria international saying: “I think it is time for him to move forward. I would prefer him to move to Arsenal.

“It will be so comfortable for him there – the environment, the players, the fans, and most especially the coach. Arteta is a patient man who knows how to tailor his side to victory. For me, he should move to Arsenal to continue his career there.”

Arsenal must do everything to beat PSG to Osimhen
Osimhen has been one of the best strikers in world football for a good three years, with the striker playing a huge role in Napoli’s famous Serie A title win in 2023.

And this summer with a move on the cards, Arsenal must do everything they can to beat the likes of PSG to the £85m-rated attacker, who could be perfect in Arteta’s system heading into the new season.

Indeed, there is still time for Arsenal to move for Osimhen, and with a former Super Eagle in Elijah urging the Napoli man to move to north London, things could be about to happen in the market that might surprise some supporters.
