Zinchenko sends four-word message to new West Ham signing

Oleksandr Zinchenko has sent a four-word message to Maximilian Kilman after the defender completed his transfer to West Ham United.
The club announced via their official website on Saturday (6 July) that they had completed the signing of the centre-back from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Kilman posted a photo via his personal Instagram on Saturday (6 July), captioning the photo: “Can’t wait to get started, hard work starts now.”

And among the many comments was one from Arsenal defender Zinchenko, who wrote: “All the best brother.”

West Ham defender Max Kilman offered a message of support by Oleksandr Zinchenko
Arsenal and West Ham are both London-based clubs playing in the Premier League.

As a result, there is a natural rivalry between the two clubs and both sets of supporters. However, it appears as though that rivalry does not extend to Zinchenko and Kilman.

While both players will lock horns on opposite sides in fiercely competed local derbies next season, it appears as if the Ukrainian will be routing for his defensive compatriot in his other matches.

Getting the seal of approval from a top player such as Zinchenko can only be a good thing, and it will therefore offer Kilman a nice little boost as he prepares to begin his journey at the London Stadium.

It goes without saying that this is a fantastic addition to Julen Lopetegui’s squad.

West Ham manager Julen Lopetegui will be delighted by the arrival of Max Kilman
The Hammers’ defensive record was woeful last season, and Kilman will therefore be keen to help his new club turn that around.

Kilman has worked with Lopetegui previously, which should help him settle in quickly to his new surroundings.
