Sky Sports journalist shares what's next for Eddie Nketiah after his move to Nottingham Forest collapsed

Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah remains in north London after a move to Nottingham Forest hit the buffers this weekend.
The Gunners striker is hoping to seal a move away from The Emirates before the window slams shut on Friday.

A deal with Nottingham Forest looked all but agreed but reports tonight have said Nketiah’s switch to the City Ground has collapsed due to an agreement between the clubs breaking down.

Since then, Crystal Palace have been suggested as a destination for Nketiah, with the Eagles still searching for a new forward.

And updating the situation on Nketiah, Sky Sports journalist Dharmesh Sheth has said that a move for the Arsenal man is still expected to happen.

With just days left in the window, the Arsenal striker will be feeling nervous over his future and will want a resolution ASAP.

Nketiah’s agent will be working overtime now
The move to Forest breaking down is a big blow for Nketiah and he was probably all ready to make the switch.

Now, he simply finds himself in limbo and this is where he’ll be expecting his agent to earn his money and get something sorted.

Nketiah simply cannot stay at Arsenal as it stands or he risks his career simply stagnating.

With just days to go, then, the race is on for both Nketiah and his agent to get something sorted.

Failure to do so will be a nightmare for everyone involved and for the player, it just means another season of nothing.
