Arsenal vs PSG early injury news as 5 ruled out and 5 doubts for Champions League clash

Vitinha could be in the running, but he continued to train on his own heading into the weekend and remains a doubt.
Gianluigi Donnarumma - Doubt
Donnarumma has missed the last two, against Rennes and Girona, and remains a doubt here. But with PSG having been careful not to risk him, there is a chance he could return in time for this one.

Marco Asensio - Doubt
PSG will make a decision on Asensio late in the run up to this one as he looks to return in time.

Désiré Doué - Doubt
It’s said to be unlikely that Doue will recover in time for this one, but he remains a doubt as things stand.

Martin Odegaard - Out
Odegaard remains out with the ankle injury he suffered during the international break. He will either return just before or after the international break with ankle ligament injuries generally difficult to predict.

Oleksandr Zinchenko - Out
Arteta has said Zinchenko’s injury will keep him out for a “few weeks”. He will not be available here.

Takehiro Tomiyasu - Out
Tomiyasu has a knee injury that will keep him out until October, and likely after the international break. Arteta said last week: “He had partial training today and he looked good. He’s progressing really well and is a little bit behind Mikel, but we don’t know with Tomi because he’s another one that pushes every single day. He’s in a good place now I think.”

Mikel Merino - Out
Merino fractured his shoulder in his early days with the club and will be out until some time in October. Arteta said last week: “Tomorrow is too soon, the next week we will see. He had partial training today, he’s been working so hard and is looking good. It is just about the healing of that bone and how mature that is to expose him to contact.

“We’re trying to keep him in the cage because he’s been pushing everybody, the physios, doctors, everybody! And he’s ready to go, he really wants it. I think we are comfortable now to start exposing him to contact and he looked really good in training.”

Kieran Tierney - Out
Tierney remains out with a hamstring injury but is in the final final weeks of his recovery, back training alone.

White only has a small injury, but he did not make the bench over the weekend and must be listed as a doubt here until Arteta says otherwise.
