Guerra is still a Valencia player despite being heavily linked with a move to Atletico Madrid in the recent summer transfer window.
The midfielder has made 55 first-team appearances since emerging from Valencia's academy, scoring five goals and one assist.
Guerra has been featured in each of Valencia's first four matches, starting the first two before appearing as a substitute against Athletic Bilbao and Villarreal.
The youngster has also featured in nine matches for the Spain Under-21s side, including appearances in recent Euro Under-21 qualifying games against Scotland and Hungary.
