Liverpool are already being linked with potential new signings ahead of the January transfer window. The Reds completed two deals in the summer with Federico Chiesa and Giorgi Mamardashvili, with the latter spending the season on loan at Valencia.

It remains to be seen if Arne Slot and sporting director Richard Hughes will look to strengthen the squad when the transfer window reopens in the New Year. Liverpool are already being tipped to make new signings in January, but for the time being, that remains mere speculation.

Liverpool are once again being linked with a move for Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze. The Reds have previously been credited as suitors for the England international, who was heavily linked with a move away from Selhurst Park during the summer.

Even though Palace chairman Steve Parish admitted his surprise as a lack of genuine interest in Eze's signature, it may not be the case for much longer. According to Football Insider, the Reds are interested in signing Eze in 2025, although it is not stated if that will be in January or next summer.

Eze is reported to have a £68 million release clause in his contract - which comes into effect next summer. However, the report suggests that Liverpool could make an offer between £50 million and £60 million to try and persuade Palace to do business.

Elsewhere, Liverpool are being linked with a move for Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush. According to Caught Offside, the Reds will face competition from Manchester United, Arsenal, West Ham and Nottingham Forest for the signing of the Egypt international.

The report claims that Liverpool have had Marmoush on their shortlist of potential targets for a while, with the possibility of an offer being made in the future. It has been stated that Frankfurt, who signed Marmoush in 2023 from Wolfsburg on a free transfer, have made the player available for a price tag of €30 million (£25 million).
