Mikel Arteta's side will hope to bounce back from a string of poor results when they travel to Stamford Bridge this weekend. The Gunners have won just two of their last six games across all competitions, and lost three.
Chelsea, on the other hand, have looked strong in the UEFA Europa Conference League, but lost to Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup last week and drew 1-1 away at Manchester United over the weekend. Little separates the two teams in the Premier League table as they sit level on 18 points, but Enzo Maresca's side are ahead on goal difference.
Speaking on The Overlap's 'Super 6' predictions, Neville and Wright weighed in on Sunday's clash. The former United defender predicted a 1-1 draw, while the ex-Arsenal man backed the Gunners to much-needed victory.
"We need to win," Wright said. "We're not scoring at the minute. We've got a good record at Chelsea, but this current team has a different swagger."
Despite his initial pessimism, Wright still went for a 2-1 victory in Arsenal's favour. With Liverpool and Manchester City in action the day before against Brighton and Aston Villa respectively, the Gunners could find themselves 10 points off top spot come kick off, so it is crucial they don't fall any further off the pace.
Arsenal have won four of their last six meetings with Chelsea across all competitions, and they have drawn one and lost one. The two teams last met in the Premier League back in April when the Gunners stormed to a comfortable 5-0 victory at the Emirates Stadium.
That day, Leandro Trossard opened the scoring in under five minutes. Ben White scored a brace, while former Chelsea player Kai Havertz also scored a further two to inflict a heavy defeat on their rivals.
