Trent Alexander-Arnold, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk could all leave the club as free-agents, whilst the futures of other first-team players such as Alisson Becker and Wataru Endo also up in the air going into next year.
With Liverpool linked with Jeremie Frimpong and Karim Adeyemi as potential replacements for Alexander-Arnold and Salah respectively, the Reds seem to be making plans behind the scenes to ensure that next summer will see key positions filled if big departures do indeed happen.
And one Liverpool player has now been asked if he’s thinking about leaving as well next summer.

Caoimhin Kelleher says he is not thinking about Liverpool exit
Speaking to the press, Caoimhin Kelleher revealed he is currently not thinking about leaving Liverpool, with the Republic of Ireland international another player who is expected to leave Anfield in the next summer transfer window.
Kelleher was linked with an exit from Liverpool earlier this year, with the signing of Giorgi Mamardashvili throwing the Cork-born goalkeeper’s future on Merseyside into even more doubt, especially if Alisson was to remain as well.
Yet the Irish talent is not thinking just yet about his future, with Kelleher focused on playing for Liverpool having been promoted to first-choice after a hamstring injury to Alisson last month against Crystal Palace.
Kelleher said when asked if he’s thinking about leaving Liverpool: “To be honest, no. It’s quite early on in the season, but even then my focus is only on playing well. If I’m thinking about the future and different things like that, then it’s not going to help my game. I need to be clear mentally to play well.”

Kelleher knows he needs to leave Liverpool next year
Kelleher is rightfully regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League, even with the shot-stopper a backup at Liverpool when Alisson is fully fit and at the top of his game.
And next year, Kelleher needs to ensure he secures a move away from Liverpool, with the Ireland international aware that he is way too good to be sat on the bench once again behind Alisson and the incoming Mamardashvili.
With January fast approaching, Kelleher could secure a move in the next few weeks if he continues to perform between the sticks for Liverpool, with the Cork-born star showing why he is good enough to start for most big clubs.
