It recently emerged that Heaven is set to follow in the footsteps of Chido Obi-Martin, who also turned down a contract offer to remain at Arsenal, in favour of sealing a switch to Old Trafford.
United warded off significant competition from the likes of Barcelona and Eintracht Frankfurt to land the Hale End academy product.
Bundesliga giants were also credited with an interest in the player.
Earlier today, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano relayed that Heaven had arrived in Manchete to “complete formal steps” of his move to the club.
Now, the relatively reliable Manchester_United-Youth X account has given an update indicating that Heaven has successfully passed his medical.
An announcement of Heaven’s arrival is also imminent.
It’s believed that Heaven is not an academy signing and will instantly be part of the first team. United view him as a backup to Lisandro Martinez.
The 18-year-old was part of Arsenal’s pre-season tour of the United States last summer and even started the game against United at SoFi Stadium in July.
He performed well, bouncing back from losing an early duel against Rasmus Hojlund, who opened the scoring in the 10th minute of proceedings.
