Arsenal are short up front after Gabriel Jesus picked up an injury that will keep him out of action for a long time.
Therefore, Arsenal are scouring the market for new attacking options.
Speaking of Juventus, Arsenal made a bid for Dusan Vlahovic this week, and while that offer was knocked back, Arsenal aren’t giving up the ghost yet.
Indeed, according to Rudy Galetti, Arsenal are set for another meeting about Vlahovic in the coming days.

Arsenal set for Dusan Vlahovic meeting
According to the journalist, Arsenal are set to have a meeting about a move for Vlahovic before the weekend.
Galetti says that Vlahovic has been on Arsenal’s radar for months.
Arsenal were interested in Vlahovic years ago before his £67m move to Juventus, and now, they’re looking to reignite that approach.
Arsenal need a new striker through the door, and Vlahovic could be just what the doctor ordered for Mikel Arteta’s side.
Why Dusan Vlahovic rejected Arsenal in 2021
Arsenal have looked at Vlahovic before, but their efforts to sign the Serbian in the past have been unsuccessful.
Vlahovic was an Arsenal target in 2021 when he was at Fiorentina, but he snubbed the Gunners to join Juventus.
Via The Telegraph, Vlahovic said that he rejected Arsenal because Juve were the only team he wanted to join.
“Maybe my agent knows [about Arsenal’s offer] but I never talked to anyone about it,” Vlahovic said.
“I just had one club in my mind because Juventus is Juventus. There is nothing else to say. And now I feel honoured to be given this jersey. It’s incredible every time I put it on,
“I definitely identify with their DNA. The Juventus personality coincides with my personality. When you come here you never give up, you fight all the time, you make the sacrifices. This was definitely what I was looking for.”
Vlahovic loves Juventus, but he may have to leave Turin as his wages are a problem for Juventus in their current financial situation.
Whether or not that leads to a move to Arsenal remains to be seen, but a meeting is scheduled to take place this week, and this one could accelerate before the end of the January transfer window.
