Man Utd ‘expect’ to complete three transfers as Kobbie Mainoo future decided

According to sources, Rasmus Hojlund, Jadon Sancho, and Antony are all anticipated to depart Manchester United prior to the summer transfer deadline. However, until a significant bid for the 20-year-old midfield player comes in, Kobbie Mainoo appears destined to stay at Old Trafford until at least January.

With inbounds and outbounds to finalize before the clock strikes 7 p.m. on September 1, United is in for a hectic last six days of the window. In order to increase competition in goal, Senne Lammens is at the top of Ruben Amorim’s transfer wishlist and is expected to complete a £17 million move from Royal Antwerp.

However, following a summer of intensive efforts to collect money through player sales, United will mostly concentrate on outgoings.

The Red Devils haven’t sold yet, and the most well-known departure to date was Marcus Rashford’s loan to Barcelona.

But with so many players banished from Amorim’s team, that has always been expected to change closer to the deadline.

Since the beginning of the preseason, Tyrell Malacia, Antony, Jadon Sancho, and Alejandro Garnacho have all trained alone.

Rasmus Hojlund has also been told by Amorim that as minutes will be hard to come by this term, he would be best off looking for a new challenge.

The National reports that while negotiations continue, Antony, Sancho, and Hojlund are anticipated to leave in the next several days.

As recently as Monday, United and Real Betis had talks about the Brazilian winger’s return. But they want a permanent sale and have turned down several loan offers.

After rejecting AS Roma and failing to reach an agreement on a contract with Chelsea, Sancho is reportedly the focus of intense attention.

With suitors from England, Germany, and Italy among other nations expressing interest, Hojlund is also expected to go.

Romelu Lukaku’s injury heightened Antonio Conte’s interest in the 22-year-old striker, who is reportedly nearing a deal to Napoli.

Garnacho’s transfer to Chelsea is still open, although the two teams’ values are still different. Malacia’s future is uncertain in the meanwhile.

According to the article, Mainoo is anticipated to remain at United after the deadline. But if a huge offer came up, the Red Devils would think about cashing in.

It’s unclear if any last-minute sales would support an effort to sign a midfield player. However, Lammens seems to be United’s main priority right now.
