Paul Scholes Unleashes X-Rated Verdict on Ruben Amorim Sacking as Man Utd Decision Made

Paul Scholes has made his feelings clear on reports linking Ruben Amorim with a potential Manchester United exit.

The Telegraph reported on Friday night that Amorim was under ‘acute pressure’ at Old Trafford heading into Saturday’s Premier Leagueclash against Sunderland.

However, David Ornstein and BBC Sport’s Simon Stone offered contrasting reports, claiming that minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe wanted to give Amorim the rest of the season.

Victory will ensure that United end the day in the top half of the Premier League table – though it has been backing up strong performances that has been their key problem under Amorim.

They travel to Premier League champions Liverpool next weekend in a match that could well be more valuable in terms of assessing United’s true performance levels.

Speaking to FourFourTwo ahead of the Sunderland game, United legend Scholesadmitted that there would have been ‘no surprise’ if Amorim had been sacked following their Brentford defeat.

He said: “You talk about managers being sacked, and none of us like doing that.
