Man Utd players ratings and match reaction after the 3-2 win over Arsenal in the Premier League.
Bryan Mbeumo and Patrick Dorgu shone as Manchester United came from behind to defeat Arsenal 3-2 in the Premier League. Michael Carrick named an unchanged side from the 2-0 win over Man City, with Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko named on the bench from the start.
Arsenal began as the best side but struggled to create chances against a disciplined defensive line. The hosts finally took the lead when Lisandro Martinez turned into his net from close range, but United responded well and twice went close through Bruno Fernandes. They were then gifted an equaliser when Martin Zubimendi gifted the ball to Bryan Mbeumo, who rounded David Raya and fired into an empty net.
United came out firing after the restart and took a shock lead when Patrick Dorgu scored a stunning goal from outside the box to silence the home crowd. Arsenal drew level when Mikel Merino turned the ball over the line after a corner, but the optimism didn’t last long as Matheus Cunha curled in a stunning winner at the other end.
Here is how we rated the United players at the Emirates.
1. Senne Lammens – 7
Good stop to deny Zubimendi from a header. A calm and steady performance in the United goal. Not much he could do for the second goal. | Getty Images
2. Harry Maguire – 7.5
Another fantastic defensive performance. His aerial presence was important against the set-piece specialists and he read the game so well. | AFP via Getty Images

3. Lisandro Martinez – 6.5
A couple of important blocks in his own box. Switched off for the Arsenal opener, but he responded well and played a pivotal role. | Getty Images

4. Diogo Dalot – 6.5
Performed neatly in the right-back role and defended well throughout. Better than in recent weeks. | Getty Images
